You are the one others rely on when they need help with something. You are the one others call when they have a problem. Everyone looks to you for the answers. No one would guess that the one person who always has it all together is hanging by a thread.

I help adults with depression, anxiety, trauma and unfulfilling relationships reach their goals of greater overall life satisfaction by providing a place that feels safe. I take a two-prong approach to therapy: Collaboratively we will uncover the origins of your patterns, while simultaneously discovering what coping skills you can implement for immediate symptom relief. I bring to the room a diversified approach to therapy. With over 15 years of clinical and personal experience, as well as countless hours of continuing education, I craft an approach to your therapy as unique as you are.
